This session will be an open platform for discussion to capture some of the main issues across the industry, around the perceived issues associated with the certification of private stormwater infrastructure in private developments and for assets that will be handed over to Councils, covering both stormwater treatment and On-site Stormwater Detention.

In this webinar there will be 3 brief presentations from Councils, including April McKay from Mid Coast Council, Rob Barbuto from Northern Beaches Council, and Sugule Mohamed from Camden Council, about their experiences with certifiers.

This session will be an open platform for discussion to capture some of the main issues across the industry. There will be a second session on 25 July to discuss potential solutions to the issues raised in the first session and ways we can move forward as an industry. Stormwater NSW intends to approach the NSW Building Commissioner to discuss the issues raised and proposed solutions.
