I am an Environmental scientist with more than 20 years’ experience in environmental planning and waterway management. I consider myself to be a leader, collaborator, influencer and strategic thinker and aim to achieve good environmental, community, and economic outcomes in all projects I am involved with.

I am currently working with Blacktown City Council as Waterways Team Leader. In this role I am responsible for overseeing the Environmental Stormwater Management Program which is funded by the NSW Stormwater Management Service Charge.

One of my key roles as a Stormwater NSW Committee member is to work with the executive and industry to advocate for an increase to the Stormwater Management Service Charge and seek amendments to the Office of Local Government’s Stormwater Management Service Charge Guidelines. These changes are needed to ensure the Stormwater charge adequately funds the operation and maintenance of our stormwater assets as well as having the capability to fund stormwater projects that provide multiple benefits.
